Mohan
Singh Rendhawa has more than 27 years of experience as a trainer. He is a
Master Trainer and acclaimed as an outstanding seminar leader. The Winning Team
program and other senior and junior management programs that he has organized
has benefited more than 20,000 managers, supervisors, front-liners and staff
from various industries. He was also extensively involved in Training while
serving in the Malaysian Air Force. His last appointment before retirement was
as a senior lecturer at the Armed Forces Staff College.
He has extensive experience in the training of trainers and is a graduate of the
International Training Methodology Course. The focus of this is experiential
learning. He is also trained in the Systems Approach to Training from Australia.
Mohan has been running the 5 Day Train the Trainer program for the Human
Resource Development Council PSMB for the last 7 years.
He also trains TQM facilitators and process improvement team members and
leaders. He has been advising chief executives to implement continuous process
improvement activities for the past few years. While in the Air Force he was
responsible for implementing and monitoring the implementation of Total Quality
Management in the Malaysian Armed Forces.
He is currently involved in helping some large organizations implement small
group activities to change the culture and make the organization more focused on
customer service, quality and productivity. He also conducts programs in
Leadership Development for executives and senior managers. Mohan is also active
in outdoor team development using the high and low rope elements.
Mohan can conduct his training in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. He also
speaks fluent Tamil, Hokkien, Hindi and Punjabi.
Mohan holds a
Master of Science in Education & Training from University of Surrey, a Diploma
in Communications from DINFOS USA, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management
Science, a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Development and a Diploma in
Marketing from CIM UK. |
