Wishing you all a very promising 2010 ahead.

Before we step into 2010, the time has come for us to assess 2009. How would you classify it? Was it a success or a disappointment?

Please read the 2 paragraphs below after categorizing 2009 into a success or a disappointment. Before you get disheartened let me clarify that our disappointments teach us as much or more as do our successes. Good luck with your SWOT analysis.

2009 – A Success

Questions to ask yourself….

  Did the success happen just as a coincidence or were there factors contributing towards its achievements?

  What innovations did I bring about during 2009?

  What personal disciplines contribute towards making 2009 a success?

  What were the risks I took which turned out to be beneficial for me?

  How did I optimize the human resources around me to achieve my objectives?

  Which people did I help unconditionally – as a social / spiritual gift which attributed towards giving me a sense of benevolence?

  Which time management principle did I follow, which helped me spend more time with my family?



2009 – A Disappointment !!!!
 
Questions to ask yourself….

  Why do I classify it as a failure? What is my perception?

  Did I spend the whole year exactly as the years before? (perhaps that is in itself a defeating  practice?

  Did I maintain the balance between my personal & professional life? Or was I swamped either by crisis at work or  personal problems at home?

  Did I update my skills in any way?  Number of trainings attended? Number of books read?

  Any personal discipline followed? If not, then what resolutions had I set for myself and for how long did I maintain them?

  How many goals did I achieve ?

  Which are the goals I could not achieve & why?

  What is the graph of my self-esteem? Can I look at myself in the mirror?

  Did I work towards my positivity and spirituality to strengthen my Aura?


Reflecting on these questions, will also unfold your future action plan for 2010.

Wishing all our readers the discipline to take some important decisions right at the beginning of the year. Discipline yourself to do what you know you need to do to be the very best in your field.

When your boss puts you in charge of organizing the company Christmas party, what do you do first? Do you develop a time line and start assigning tasks or do you think about who would prefer to do what and try to schedule around their needs? 1. Quality is an organization-wide process
Quality is not a specialist function, a department, nor an awareness or testing program alone. It is a disciplined system of customer-connected work processes implemented throughout the organization and integrated with suppliers. We've all heard that you can't motivate others. Motivation by definition comes from within and our job as sales managers is to create an environment where your sales force will motivate themselves, right?

First, all people are motivated. They may be motivated to work hard or to stay in bed. They may be motivated to help customers or just get commissions. Our job is to identify and reward those motivations that produce behaviors we want to see repeated.

  • Among the Swahili-speaking residents of the coast, the handshake is customary. However, local men do not normally shake hands with women in public, but foreigners are forgiven for doing so.
