Mostly we want to
maintain a fit slim
body, but because of
several other activities
in our daily lives
maintaining the body
comes last in our
priority list. In turn
it causes various
diseases. So take it
seriously & try some
ways to maintain a fit
body as well as burn the
undesired fat.
• First & foremost
thing you need to follow
is – eliminate all fat
foods, oily foods, junk
foods etc. Try to
include a lot of fresh
vegetables & fruits in
your diet.
• Try to consume a cup of green tea before you set out for the regular workout; it will help you to retain your energy level.
• To increase your metabolism at least twice a week, try the weight exercise.
• To burn the fat cardiovascular exercises has also been recommended. Manage to do it for forty minutes thrice a week; it will help you to feel the differences.
• Once you are accustomed with the cardiovascular & weight training exercises try to go through with your workout gently.
• Try to do different exercises (sometimes low or sometimes heavily intense) rather than stick to the same exercises.
• To boost up your metabolism always remember to drink plenty of water, it in turn will help to burn the fat.
• Try to maintain a balanced nutritional diet. Include soy proteins, lemon, spinach, asparagus etc in your daily diet.
• Instead of having large meals try to have 5-6 small meals, it will boost up the metabolism, which in turn will burn you fat early.
• You can make several changes in your daily life to support the fat burning process, like- use the staircase, rather than sitting in a roadside cafe go for a walk, prefer walking while going somewhere.
• Try to overcome the emotional eating & train your body & mind strongly so that you can defeat your food weaknesses.
