surprising how few people can actually reproduce the overview of

Since 1990, we
have been hearing how important learning is. It's indeed a big market. In
1998, the US companies spent 66 billion dollars on training. May 2000 was
the month of ASTD, the American Society for Training & Development. Let me
share the HR tendencies I noticed. The figures are base on the 1999 Industry
Report from Training Magazine and various ASTD reports.
It's even more difficult to have
uniformity from department to department or even incumbent to incumbent. In
order to help, I am listing the following verbs which should be useful in
identifying and defining the job function. These definitions are important
in the consistency in definition leads to standardization of job
descriptions. 
n the late 80s and 90s, 'Team Building' has been recognized by many
companies as an important factor in providing a quality service and
remaining competitive. Yet the term 'team building' can sometimes seem
rather nebulous - people often know that they need it, but aren't quite
sure what it is. 
Email marketing when used correctly, can be one of the most
effective marketing techniques around. To get results, each
emailing that you send has to be specific in terms of what you want
each reader to get out of it. Without a clear understanding of what
the purpose is for a mailing, you will not have any way of
determining what impact each has on your business.
