"If
you know yourself and know your enemy, in a hundred battles you
will never fear the result. When you know yourself but not your

Dear
Friends
“To read or not to read?”
You would be the same person ten years from now except for the people
you meet and the books you read.
The greatest investment we can make in our personality is to
maintain a clear “perspective” every step of the way.
Reading enhances imagination, intuition, creativity, and sharpens
our associating tools to link with our practical routines, to add
further maturity of our faculties.
Whether our pursuits relate to soul searching, emotional development
or simply knowledge gaining, reading habits certainly have a direct
impact on the quality of our thinking.
Dr. Staples, in his book “Think like a Winner” emphasizes time &
again –
‘Improve your thinking – improve your life.’
Lets take a decision right now to expand our true potential through
the “Power of Reading”
Wishing all our friends happy reading.
Look forward to your Suggestions and feedback.

How
Dreams Become Goals?
It is wonderful to have a dream. It can also be
wonderful to have a goal. True, there is a school of thought that maintains we
should not need goals. We looked at this view a few months ago. My own
perception of this viewpoint is that it applies to those goal-lists that time
management folks advocate. They can be useful, or a burden, depending on where
you are in your personal growth. Today, though, I am looking at something
different.
Today I am looking at the difference between having a dream and having a
goal.

MANAGERIAL SKILLS
(article) |
What Makes A Great Manager?
|
The first steps to becoming a really great manager are simply
common sense; but common sense is not very common. This article
suggests some common-sense ideas on the subject of great
management.
The major problem when you start to manage is that you do not actually
think about management issues because you do not recognize them. Put
simply, things normally go wrong not because you are stupid but only
because you have never thought about it. Management is about pausing to
ask yourself the right questions so that your common sense can provide the
answers.

SALES
EXCELLENCE (article) |
Sales Management-Strength of
Endorsement:
When politicians get ready to run
for election it creates a mad scramble to secure the endorsement
of the most powerful and financially capable groups they can
garner. It is no secret that these so called "fairly" elected
officials will then owe their well-heeled supporters in very big
ways.
In politics it superficially appears that being endorsed by a
group is a stamp of that group's approval. However, it is far
more than that - unfortunately. For salespeople and sales
managers, though, this concept of endorsement is just what it
appears to be. A vote of approval, support or belief in a
product or organization. It is both sincere and valuable.
